This policy explains what information Blue Icy Plays collects, why, and how it's handled. We keep this simple and only collect what's needed to run the community.
What we collect
- Your Discord username, so we can grant you access to the private community when you join.
- Your email address, submitted through our sign up form, used to match your payment to your Discord access.
- Telegram messages you send us directly when reaching out to join, these are stored in Telegram, under Telegram's own privacy terms, not ours.
- Basic, non-identifying website usage data (such as general traffic patterns), if standard hosting/analytics tools are in use.
What we don't collect
- We do not collect payment card or bank details. Payments are made directly via cryptocurrency to our wallet, we never see or store your payment credentials.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Why we collect it
We use your Discord username and email solely to verify your payment and grant or remove access to the private Discord community each drop cycle. That's the only purpose this information serves.
How long we keep it
We retain your information for as long as you're an active or recent member, so we can manage renewals and access. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below), and we'll remove it unless we're required to retain records for legal or accounting reasons.
Your rights
If you're in the EU/EEA (including Denmark), you have rights under GDPR, including the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict how we process your data
